Proof Of Funds

A Proof of Funds (POF) is a document or bank statement proving that a person has the financial ability to perform a transaction.

Bank based in both St. Lucia; London; Switzerland; Germany are authorised to issue a Proof of Funds letter, based on availability and liquidity of the funds to be used in a transaction.

It should be noted that every POF document has an expiry date, at which point the document becomes void to the seller.

Pre-Advice Services

Bank offers Pre-Advice Services to facilitate the smooth execution of international trade transactions. These services provide preliminary confirmation to the beneficiary regarding the details of a letter of credit before the shipping documents are presented. Typically, a pre-advice will be tagged with a note like "THE SWIFT SHALL BE ISSUED UPON COMPLETION OF THE REQUISITE DUE DILIGENCE". The issuing bank is obligated, unless otherwise specified, by the pre-advice to issue or modify the credit in accordance with it.

Ready, Willing and Able Letters

A bank or other financial institution will issue a Ready, Willing, and Able (RWA) Letter on behalf of its clients. It proves the clients' willingness and ability to engage in a commercial financial transaction, both legally and financially.

A comfort letter is traditionally supplied by external auditors to organizations or people of interest regarding statutory audits, statements, and reports involved in a prospectus.
